Build the product. Run the revenue.

Nimbora is one partner for the four things a growing company can’t afford to fragment: the software you ship, the demand you create, the pipeline you close and the customers you keep.

Start with one discipline. Add the others when the first is running cleanly.

Four disciplines, one operating layer

Each one stands alone. Run together, they stop handing problems to each other — the support desk files bugs the engineers actually see, and the CRM knows which campaign paid for the deal.

Engineering

Workshop

We embed a squad — engineers, a designer, a product lead — and ship against your roadmap. Repositories, cloud accounts and infrastructure sit in your name from day one, and handover documentation is written as the work happens rather than at the end.

  • Product and platform engineering
  • Internal tools and third-party integrations
  • Data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
  • Documentation written for the team that inherits it

Demand

Signal

Search, content and paid run as one programme instead of three agencies briefing each other. We publish on your domain and report against pipeline rather than impressions.

  • Technical SEO and editorial content
  • Paid search and paid social
  • Lifecycle and retention email
  • Attribution you can open and audit

Revenue

Ledger

We implement the CRM, migrate the history, then keep running it — so a stage name means the same thing in every deal review and the forecast comes out of the system, not a parallel spreadsheet.

  • CRM implementation and data migration
  • Pipeline design and forecasting
  • Quote-to-cash and billing integrations
  • A weekly revenue report the board can read

Support

Desk

A named pod answers your customers in your tone, on your helpdesk, inside response times written into the contract rather than into a brochure. Tickets that keep recurring get routed back to the Workshop squad as product fixes instead of better-worded replies.

  • Tiered support desk with named agents
  • Response and resolution targets set in the contract
  • Knowledge base, macros and tone guidelines
  • Ticket trends fed back into the engineering backlog

Ways to work with us

The discipline is what you buy. The engagement is how it gets delivered — pick the shape that matches how much of it you want to own.

Every engagement is available against any of the four disciplines.
Engagement Shape Commitment Typical start
Managed operations We run the function end to end with a named pod lead and a monthly reporting pack. Rolling, 60-day notice 3 weeks
Embedded squad Our people sit in your standups, your repositories and your tooling as part of the team. 6 months minimum 4 weeks
Implementation A fixed-scope build, migration or rollout, ending in a documented handover. One-off, fixed price 2 weeks
Audit and roadmap A two-week review of one discipline, ending in written findings you keep either way. One-off, fixed price 1 week

Scope is quoted per discipline after a walkthrough, never per seat — adding users to your CRM or helpdesk does not change what you pay us.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to take all four disciplines?

No. Most companies start with one — usually Ledger or Desk — and add the others once the first is running cleanly. There is no bundle penalty for stopping at one.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, throughout. Repositories, cloud accounts, the CRM instance and the helpdesk are all in your name. We work inside your tenancy, not ours, so there is nothing to extract if we part ways.

What if we want to bring this in-house later?

That is a normal ending, not a failure. Managed engagements run on 60-day notice and handover documentation is written continuously, so leaving is a scheduled month rather than a scramble. We will help you hire the replacement if you ask.

Which CRM and helpdesk platforms do you support?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive on the CRM side; Zendesk, Intercom and Freshdesk on support. If you are on something else, say so at the walkthrough and we will tell you plainly whether we can run it well or not at all.

Where is our data held?

In whichever region your own accounts are configured for. For EU clients we default to EU regions and sign a data processing agreement before any access is granted.

How quickly can you start?

Between one and four weeks depending on the engagement. An audit starts fastest; an embedded squad is slowest, because we staff it deliberately rather than from a bench.

Start with one discipline.

A 30-minute call. We will ask what is currently breaking, and tell you which of the four disciplines we would start with — or that you do not need us yet.
